Mr. Dan Morrison provided a detailed inspection of our new house and was very knowledgeable and professional which definitely made us feel like we made the right choice of service company for our house inspection, and at an affordable price. Dan also explained how he witness over 100 other house inspections and has over 100 hours of training credits. I especially like that every member of Core has such extensive training. The house inspection report was also issued promptly the next day. I highly recommend these guys.
