Core Inspection Group did a home inspection for a home I was looking at buying in Upper Darby PA. The inspector Kieran was amazing. He showed up on time and was professional and courteous during the entire inspection. He was beyond thorough and answered any questions we had about what and why he was looking at specific things. He had no problem with pointing out what to look for like termite damage and corrosion on the pipes.

The report provided was so detailed that in supplying it to contractors was enough for them to give a fairly detailed bid. It was everything that the inspector found that we made a conscious choice to not buy the property.

I cannot recommend this company enough.
